Do I need surf experience?

Not at all! Most of our guests are complete beginners. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, whether you’re standing up on a surfboard for the first time or looking to improve your skills. The only thing you need to bring is a sense of adventure.

Absolutely. Many guests do.

Not at all! We plan activities for all – land or sea, rain or shine!

No. Our retreats are intentionally designed for women and non-binary travelers. Only the custom retreats have the option of being coed. 

We’ve created a supportive, inclusive environment where guests can feel comfortable trying new things, building confidence in the water, and forming meaningful connections. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and empowered throughout the experience.

Yes! We work closely with our local partners and chefs to accommodate most dietary needs whenever possible. Please let us know about any allergies or restrictions when booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend or family member (women and non-binary folks). Your final trip payment is due 60 days before the start date. If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please contact your travel insurance, as they may be able to cover your expenses. Your understanding of these policies is greatly appreciated.

We intentionally keep our retreats small and intimate.

This allows for personalized attention, stronger connections, and a more relaxed experience. Group sizes vary by destination but are typically between 8–16 guests.

Whether you’re planning a girls’ trip, birthday celebration, bachelorette getaway, wellness retreat, or just an unforgettable adventure with friends, we can help create a customized experience tailored to your group.

Definitely.

While we carefully curate each itinerary, we also build in time to relax, explore, shop, nap in a hammock, read by the pool, or simply enjoy being present. It’s your vacation, after all.
